Payment Policy
Payment may be in the form of cash, check, Visa^®, MasterCard^®, American Express^®, or Discover^® and is expected at the time services are rendered. We also offer Care Credit^®, a service affording clients the option of paying bills over time.

Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.  All cats must be presented in an appropriate carrier or on a leash.

Visiting Your Pet
We have no specific visiting hours so feel free to discuss visitation of a hospitalized pet with your doctor. Each patient is an individual, and visiting is not always in your pet's best interest. Visits can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
