Appointment Policy
Office Visits are by appointment only. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by clients with previously scheduled appointments. If an appointment cannot be kept, please call us to reschedule.
Payment Policy
Payment may be in the form of cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express,or Discover and is expected at the time services are rendered. We also offer Care Credit, a service affording clients the option of paying bills over time at no or low interest.
Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
Visiting Your Pet
We have no specific visiting hours so feel free to discuss visitation of a hospitalized pet with your doctor. Each patient is an individual and visiting is not always in your pet's best interest. Visits can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
